JUBILEE TRAIL
Follow the clues around 3 areas of Kirkburton & Highburton villages.
Take a stroll around All Hallows Parish Church and the Memorial Gardens. Next head over to Burton Dean Park towards the Community Field then to our very own Local Geology Site. Finally make your way up to Highburton Village, depending how energetic you are feeling either take the steps from the Town Quarry or the more leisurely, accessible route towards Dene Park.
Along the way you will find pictures of either a flag or a crown containing a letter and number. Write the letter in the numbered square to reveal where to find the Jubilee Treasure
The Jubilee Trail can be followed from Saturday 14th May until Saturday 4th June, so you have plenty of opportunity to find all the letters, no need to find them all in one day.
Bring your completed sheets to the Jubilee Beer Fest & Village Fayre at the Scout Hut on Hallas Road on Saturday 4th June.
Pop along and find the KHCA stall between 1pm and 4:30pm, there is a small prize for every completed sheet plus entry into a draw to win our Jubilee Treasure.
Jubilee Treasure Prize to be drawn at 5 pm on the day of the Fayre.
